The Effect of Managerial Ability on The Performance of Islamic Religious College Lecturers

This study aims to determine the effect of managerial leadership abilities on performance lecturers at Islamic Religious College in Padangsidimpuan. The type research used this is correlational research. results showed a significant and positive leadership's ability lecturer's (PTKI) Padangsidimpuan, with moderate strength 0.498. value indicates relatively low relationship, meaning unidirectional relationship between X variable Y variable. contribution given by 24.8%. shows that will improve lecturer other staff support it. implications can be as input for PTKI leaders lecturers, improving organizational governance performance, realization superior PTKI.
